Shipping policy

 

Smaller orders are posted using Royal Mail  delivery. Larger/heavier orders are posted using the most appropriate courier delivery service.

For very large casts we ask that you contact us with your postal address we can then obtain exact postal quotes for delivery of your order. These will then be invoiced separately. The order will be dispatched once full payment including delivery charges has been received and cleared.

If you are interested in placing a large order for multiple items please contact us so we can combine shipping to find the most cost effective option.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. 

If you are outside of the UK and would like to purchase one of my products. Please get in touch. If the postal services allow for my items to be posted to your location I will find the most cost effective delivery for you.

Can I collect my order?

Yes we are happy for you to collect your order from our premises in Tetford. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time. We ask you first pay for your order online. Please choose the local collection option when selecting your postal option. We will contact you to arrange a collection time. Please be away that you will be collecting from my home address this is not a shop.
